From Points North and South

Take Interstate 95 (Route 128) to Route 9 East. Proceed east on Route 9, also known as Boylston Street, past the Chestnut Hill Mall to Hammond Street. Turn left and follow around the curves until Beacon Street. Cross Beacon Street and Hammond Street turns into College Road.聽 At the end of College Road, turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue.聽 Follow Commonwealth Avenue down the hill and at the second set of lights, turn left onto Lake Street.聽 Take an immediate right onto the Boston College Brighton Campus.聽 Follow the driveway up the hill, passing 3 Lake Street on your left and Simboli Hall (9 Lake Street) is on your right.

From Points West

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 17. At the first set of lights after the exit ramp, take a right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street through Newton Centre (probably five or six sets of lights). Turn left onto Beacon Street. Follow for a mile and a half or so and turn left at the lights at the intersection of Hammond Street and Beacon Street, where Hammond Street turns into College Road.聽 At the end of College Road, turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue.聽 Follow Commonwealth Avenue down the hill and at the second set of lights, turn left onto Lake Street.聽 Take an immediate right onto the Boston College Brighton Campus.聽 Follow the driveway up the hill, passing 3 Lake Street on your left and Simboli Hall (9 Lake Street) is on your right.

From Downtown Boston

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 17. Take a left over the bridge after passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel. Take the first right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street through Newton Centre (probably five or six sets of lights). Turn left onto Beacon Street. Follow it for a mile and a half or so and turn left at the lights at the intersection of Hammond Street and Beacon Street, where Hammond Street turns into College Road.聽 At the end of College Road, turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue.聽 Follow Commonwealth Avenue down the hill and at the second set of lights, turn left onto Lake Street.聽 Take an immediate right onto the Boston College Brighton Campus.聽 Follow the driveway up the hill, passing 3 Lake Street on your left and Simboli Hall (9 Lake Street) is on your right.

Depending on where you are coming from, all three green lines, the B Boston College, C Cleveland Circle, and D Riverside, will get you to Boston College. View the approach map to see where all of these stops are relative to Boston College.

From the B green line "Boston College" stop (approximately .25 miles)

Exit the Green Line on Commonwealth Avenue and proceed to Lake Street. Walk down Lake Street to the聽first entrance into the Boston College Brighton Campus. Simboli Hall (9 Lake Street) is the first building on your right.

From the C line "Cleveland Circle" stop (approximately 1.2 miles)

• Walk 2 blocks up Chestnut Hill Avenue to Commonwealth Avenue.聽 Take a left on Commonwealth Avenue and follow to 2101 Commonwealth Avenue entrance.聽 Turn right into the Boston College Brighton Campus.聽 Proceed straight down the hill, passing 2101 Commonwealth Avenue and the Theology and Ministry Library on your left.聽 At the bottom on the hill, turn right, then left into the parking lot for 129 Lake Street, a beige brick building.聽 The entrance to 129 Lake Street is marked with two lions.
  
  
• Walk 2 blocks up to the B line "Chestnut Hill Avenue" stop and catch the free outbound train to the "Boston College" stop.聽 Follow walking directions from the B line.
  
  
• Walk 2 blocks up to the bus turn-around at the D line "Reservoir" stop and catch the free 蜜桃传媒 shuttle bus (academic year only). Ride the bus around campus to the stop at the St. Ignatius gate.聽 From there, follow walking directions from B line or take Brighton Campus Shuttle van (academic year only).

From the D line "Chestnut Hill" stop (approximately 1.5 miles)

Come out of the station and take a right onto Hammond Street. Follow Hammond to the intersection with Beacon Street.聽 Cross Beacon Street and Hammond Street turns into College Road.聽 At the end of College Road, turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue.聽 Follow Commonwealth Avenue down the hill and at the second set of lights, turn left onto Lake Street.聽 Take an immediate right onto the Boston College Brighton Campus.聽 Follow the driveway up the hill, passing 3 Lake Street on your left and Simboli Hall (9 Lake Street) is on your right.

By Public Transportation

Follow the signs in the airport to the public transportation. A free shuttle bus picks up passengers in front of the airline terminals and brings them to the Airport subway stop (known as the "T"). Take the Blue Line subway inbound to Government Center. At Government Center change (go upstairs) to the Boston College Green Line outbound train, i.e. Line B to Boston College. By Car

From Logan International Airport, Boston,MA, go NE on Lower Terminal Rd for 120 feet. Continue onto Airport Exit聽 (0.9 miles) Enter on ramp to I-90 W (Mass Pike, Massachusetts Tpk, Ted Williams Tun) Continue on I-90 W (Mass Pike, Massachusetts Tpk, Ted Williams Tun) for approx. 6 miles. The toll for the tunnel is $3.50 and the toll for the Mass Pike is $1.25. Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to Exit 17. Take a left over the bridge after passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel. By Taxi/Shuttle

There are many taxi companies in the Chestnut Hill and Boston areas. They are generally reliable, but they are expensive. It is usually best to circle where on campus you will be going and to give the map to the cab driver.
