Hugo Sim玫es is a 3rd year PhD student in Culture Studies with a focus on Literature at the Catholic University of Portugal. He is a writer and translator and has experience in theater. Hugo received a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree from the Faculty of Law in 2015 from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. He graduated from his MA summa cum laude (2018) with a thesis on the existential aspects of humor, particularly in the works of Hector Hugh Munro, Monty Python and Douglas Adams. He is researching Wodehouse鈥檚 Jeeves series as part of his thesis, drawing from theories in humor literature.
