The demands of ministry often seem overwhelming. What are the core elements of a spirituality that is oriented towards ministry? What insights can figures from the Christian tradition offer us about the role of spirituality in our ministry? Prof. Griffith discusses spiritual dispositions for the life of ministry including balance, dexterity, and timing; drawing from the examples of Elizabeth Ann Seton, Jane de Chantal, and Evelyn Underhill.  This annual gathering represents an opportunity for all those in ministry to address questions and renew their ministries together.
